These graphics are called Flexface signs & are available in illuminated & non illuminated options. An aluminium profile is used to create the frame & can be powder coated to any colour.
Then a pvc banner often referred to as a 'skin' or 'face' is tensioned around the edges producing a seamless finish. Now look at the graphic on the window saying 'Airport taxis' & then look at the picture below....
